It must be carried out with a water jet or with a strong brush with a water temperature of approximately 50°. Rinse with water at a temperature of 85°. Disinfection must be performed with a non-acidic product approved by food hygiene authorities. Never tap the apron on a hard surface to clean or dry it, as this will damage the links and shorten their life. Dry in the shade.
